According to the Eastern Yacht Club by-laws, Article IV,  "There shall be three general meetings in each year to be held within the months specified below on dates determined by the Council, or on such other dates as the Council may in its discretion determine.

The first during the month of January.

The second at the Clubhouse during the month of June.

The third at the Clubhouse during the month of September."

Notices shall be sent to every member of all general meetings at least ten days before such meeting; and of all special meetings, stating the purpose for which they are called, at least ten days before such meeting. 

The General Meeting schedule for 2012 is as follows:

January 17th - First General Meeting
June 5th - Second General Meeting
October 25th - Third General Meeting
