We are excited to announce the EYC Junior Sailing program options for Summer 2011. Here you will find program descriptions and the registration form. Be sure to read the Parent Handbook for 2011 under Policies and Rules to help prepare for the first day of the program.

We have a great staff returning this year led by our Program Director Liam Kraft, Head Instructor Tori Snow. They've got great plans on ways to continue to enhance our sailing instruction while maintaining our safe and fun filled environment. We look forward to welcoming your children to this year's program. Our program will begin on Monday, June 27th. The first session will run for 4 weeks ending on July 22nd. The second session will run from July 25th through August 19th.  We hope you'll join us for both sessions!

EYC Junior Sailing continues to grow and we encourage all to sign up early in order to secure a spot in one of these great programs! Please review the  program descriptions and send in your registration as soon as possible. The early bird discount is applicable through March 31st.  All program spaces, float rack/storage spaces and boat rentals will be available on a first come, first serve basis. So don't wait send your registration in right away!

Junior Sailing Registration Notes to parents:

Registration is final as we must secure instructors in advance of the season. Note: Children who are registering for Pleon but are unsure whether there will be space for them can also register for Junior Sailing in time to meet the early bird deadline.  If your child gets into Pleon, you may drop your FS registration without penalty so long as it has been noted on the registration form.

The ages stated in the class descriptions are guidelines intended to help you in choosing a class that will provide the right fun group of peers for your child. Please call us if you have questions.

The Junior Sailing Committee reserves the right to cancel or change a class for which there is insufficient demand.  Minimum numbers are typically 3-4 per class. We will let you as soon as possible (soon after March 31st) if the class you have signed up for is undersubscribed.

Completed release forms and swimming test are required prior to program participation and will be provided prior to the parents meeting in June

If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us!

Sincerely,

EYC Junior Sailing Committee
