New Program Director Josh Sargent was nervous about living up to his predecessor, Whit Duncan's impressive legacy, but after seeing his staff in action on the first day, he's confident in his team's ability to pull off one of the best summers yet!
This summer's staff is the most experienced group of sailors the Junior Sailing program has ever had. Head Instructor Tucker Blagden is a member of the illustrious Roger Williams race team and celebrating his fifth consecutive year as a senior instructor, while newcomer Hannah Lynn is on the Pleon Laser Race team, and the first-ever graduate of the Junior Sailing program to join the staff.
Starting on Friday, "Just Joshin'," a hebdomadal journalistic sojourn into Junior Sailing's journies, will be available outside the Sailing Hut by the paddle courts, and right here on the Eastern Yacht Club website. Check back for links soon!
