Tyler Doyle Presents: The Wind & The Wave - How to be a Better Sailor Using the Conditions on the Water

As sailors we all ask ourselves: What can I be doing better?  How can I make my boat perform as well as it possibly can?  What can I tweak, or tighten, or fine tune?
Yet what if the answers to better performance were outside the boat?  What if you could read the wind and the water, REALLY understand the dynamics of how they move across our sails, and keels and rudders?  How they impact the effectiveness of both our equipment and our operation of the boat?
You can.
Tyler Doyle leads the Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) Department at Doyle Sails, and will share with us how we can use those properties of the wind and the water to make us better sailors.  Join us in the Sailing Center on Tuesday, April 25 at 8pm for Tyler's presentation.   If you are a member, click HERE to register for this free Speaker Series event.  Non-members, please call the Front Desk at 781-631-1400.
